I can't get the camera to work with Your Shape. The light comes on and is on until I click to start Your Shape. Then I set up my profile and when it says its getting the picture..... the screen informs me that the camera is not connected and I have to start ALL over again. I installed it correctly, with the Wii off and what I don't understand is why the blue light works ALL the time but not with this work out. So upsetting....

Anyone else having the same issue?

I have contacted Ubisoft and they have been no help via e-mail or phone.

Just got the game and I am having the same problem. Mine worked at first and then half way through my first workout the screen went black and it said the camera wasn't connected and to turn off the console. After that we tried to set up a second profile and when it gets to the part where it scans your body the blue light on the camera flashes and the same message comes on the screen. I posted a question on the ubisoft customer support page but haven't gotten a reply yet.

I'm having the same problem. It's really upsetting when you finally do get the camera to work and you get half way through your work out and it stops working! I'm really upset about this and it's like there is no help through ubi soft. I don't like having a work out game where I'm supposed to be motivated and I can't be !!! It's not like you can take the games back to the store either.

You have a bad camera. Easy solution...take it back.
