Hello!

I'm gathering up some information based on issues listed here in the forums. What I need from you all is to send me a Private Message containing your:

1. Uplay user account name
2. Ubisoft account name
3. Xbox Live gamertag
4. Specific issues you are having

Please look over the list below and let me know which issues you are having along with the information requested above. Thank you!!!

• Game isn’t saving progress in personal training.
• Friends lists not showing up or saving
• Progress not showing up on Your Shape Center
• Calorie totals are inaccurate on Your Shape Center
• Calorie total decreases upon start-up of the game after previous save
• Calorie total stuck on previous amount after completing another session

Inka Warrior for Uplay, Unisoft acct and Xbox live.


I like doing 3 exercises in my Personal trainer. Everytime i finish my exercises it keep telling me i have 11 sessions to go. which i know I did more than or close to 11 session. One more thing i notice when i log into yourshape.com and post to my facebook it post the correct calories i burned for the day but i post for the whole week it doesn't add it correctly.

DeniseTigger is my acct name, and gamertag. I sent a message last week - after completing Michelle Bridges 'Get Fit' my account began not recording my calories after leaving YourShape each day. I can get progress during the game, but when I come back the following day - no progress has been recorded. And when I start up the program it's always on Michelle Bridges game - never changes even if I use a different program before shutting off the previous day. I do hope this can be resolved - I made a new account on my xbox so that it will record progress - seems to be working fine - so far!
