Whether I do two session of same Michelle Bridges workouts OR if I do two different Michelle Bridges workouts, it ALWAYS tells me I have 11 sessions left. It does this day after day of use. Is there suppose to be 12 different workouts as I move along? Or just the ones I have now and stuck at 11 sessions left? I do not get it. Puzzled.

If you start a 12 session program you must stick with that program to advance through the sessions. They advance one each day, though you may repeat a session as many times as you wish in a day. All 12 session will contain the exact same exercise routines. If you choose to do different Michelle Bridges programs simultaneously your session number will stay at the first session because you are in fact switching programs. But we have discovered that since all the session in the 12 session programs are the same it does not actually matter if you progress through them or not.
