Um...most likely because its the most valuable merchant out there and it tends to move a wee bit faster than 10 knots?

Man don't make me post just how many passenger liners are troop transports and hospital ships. I've said it on two other posts already, and I'm not going to go listing all the actual ships.

PASSENGER LINERS ARE TROOP AND HOSPITAL SHIPS SO SINK THEM ALL YOU WANT (without feeling guilty) :P
