Re: No credit sinking. It happened again, two patrols later. The first ship sighted was a Momogama Maru, sunk with credit. Second ship sighted was also a Momogama Maru, sunk it NO credit. Is the only answer to the problem is avoiding like ships in the same patrol? I am running TMO 2.0 plus the update to 2.0.

I still come across that once in a while. If it looks like the same type of ship, in the same general area, I create a save point just prior to intercepting it. This way, if I don't get credit for the sinking, I can go back, restart the game and ignore the ship the second time around.

It's just frustrating, the time, the plot, the intercept for ZIP. I have a save so that's what I'll do. Thanks pal.

I might see this once a career. Do you just use TMO or do you run RSRD.

If just TMO, it's probably a stock issue. Duci did redo and add some traffic, but most of the stock traffic is there, so probably more apt to happen withuot RSRD since it rescripts all traffic.

That could be it, I am only running TMO. Thanks Wolfe.

When you sink the ship you don't get credit for is the sunk ship symbol red or black.

I've had this happen when I was given a recon mission. Penetrated the harbor but couldn't complete the mission because the ship I was supposed to photograph spawned inside the beach and was not "spotted" and thus couldn't be photographed. Gave up mission and started patrolling area near harbor and spotted the same class ship I was to photograph heading away from the anchorage. Sank it but it didn't show up in my list.

    Must be a bug.

I've had 2 problem encounters with Momoyama's. Both I sank and was credited, but ships remained on the surface for over a week game time.
Second one I almost rammed submerged, 3 days later, while getting into position on another target, had to go deep and lower my scope to keep it. As new merchant target approached it had to maneuver around said sunken Momoyama. So it wasn't just a "user visual" as the AI merchant seen it as well.
I'm playing TMO 2.0 with update and RSRDC
