It only means they ran out of useless crap to give away. Seriously, do Splinter Cells need another shotgun let alone the one we have now? I say they should start giving away that DLC to help ease the troubles so many in the PC community have experienced.

IMO it looks far better / non-CRYSIS like (as it was intended) without the armours. Just the gadgets and extra bullets and it looks fine,.

Nice to know that some of us had to actually pay for it and now they are releasing it for free. I wonder when the insurgency pack dlc will be free to download too... Oh and why not just send everyone a copy of the OST CD with the figure for free just for fun?
It was the first and last time I bought a limited edition set from Ubi thats for sure... :/

The shadow armor and some weapons were/are classed as early access rather than only accessible to only those that paid for a limited edition for example. Those that purchased the limited editions paid extra for the included books, comic, decal stickers, usb drive, and maybe a figurine of sam fisher. I purchased the SCC "shadow" edition that cost the same price as the standard edition but included early access to "shadow armor" "sc3000" and "spas-12 silenced shotgun". I don't have a problem with others that bought only the standard edition having a later acceess to weapons and outfits, but i would be a bit angry for paying for the insurgency map pack and others getting it for free from Ubisoft, and that's with regards to the XBOX 360 version too.

I agree. They sure have big balls to pull this off. I bought the LE now they give stuff away for free that was "exclusive". I don't think I'll be giving any more money to UBI from here on. I have been a fan of alot of UBI games but since they made such a mess of SCC and pull this kind of crap they lost a customer.

Thing is even if they read this they don't care. This whole fiasco is proof they don't care about the people who buy their games.

Oh great. I bought only Collector's Edition as they said it includes "Exclusive In-game Shadow Armor skin". Well ubisoft you call this fuc***g exclusive? I had to wait month anyway because you cant even make good server that accepts *******g codes. And now what? Any person that have SCC have it for free? Rly? You only said that weapons was early acces and 3E Shadow Armor was exclusive. Well maybe you will soon giveaway games for free year after release? That would be cool. I wont buy any CE that will have "Exclusive DLC" from you. Not worth.
