What is the point of the Answers to the Community topic if no one from the company is going to answer any of the questions? Seems like there are a lot of dissatisfied people who have spent good money on a product that doesn't do what they want it to do. The stores won't take the software back, and UBISOFT really shows no interest in the consumer. Maybe it's just the way of the world that "buyer beware" mentality, or maybe it's just that UBISOFT got their money, what do they need us for? "Real" gamers aren't using the Your Shape software. It's a one-time purchase from a one-time customer... WOW! Really, I guess maybe if I could pawn off some junk for a nice $ then tell the people "tough luck" when they don't like it I wouldn't care either. What happened to integrity?

I concur. They have not answered any questions that have been posted. Unfortunately for them, if they do not start taking their consumers complaints seriously, they will lose out with future programs they create because no one will trust them. Interactive exercise programs are cutting edge and becoming more popular every day. The consumer may be out $60, but UBISOFT will lose out on millions of dollars in future business.
