How do you redeem codes found on twitter - I tried the "redeem codes" in the xbox guide and they say not valid - please help

XBox codes typically are a 1 time download only. So codes that are posted in someones twitter feed are first come first serve.
Frag Dolls are giving away codes for the New Year New You and Bollywood DLC on their twitter later this evening.
