does anyone know how to do the single leg squat in this game I have been mimicing the trainer and still only get a score of 0% every single time,it is getting very frustrating.

The game gets totally thrown off when I do some of the moves too. Usually they are the squats to the side. It doesn't seem to think I'm doing them. My theory (in my case) is that I'm so short that it thinks I'm not really bending my legs or that they aren't in the correct position - although I am! So I've sort of been ignoring the score on those exercises.

I imagine you're right, JennInAustin. Body shape plays a big part in the camera detecting movements on different exercises.

@leoshiner: I get 100% in the single leg squats every time, so I'll try to describe what I do. However, it is quite likely you've already tried what I do so it's possible I won't be much help.

I start with the trailing leg just off the ground, held slightly back, and my hands just in front of me at hip height like I'm holding a box. During the "squat" I extend my arms forward (horizontally) like I'm sliding the box forward on a flat table surface and at the same time (for balance) I lift my trailing up and backwards so that it is almost held out horizontally. I then reverse those movements and repeat. As I push my arms forward and my trailing leg back I find that I bend the knee slightly on my grounded leg to complete the "squat".
