How`s about that silly hopping of the Zeros while taxiing on ground? Though the Zero was surely a lightweight that hopping tendency seem really too much - I found no mention about that overdone effect in my lib. Even @10-20kph the tail is bouncing like a rubber ball and the danger to bring the Zero to rest at it's prop is still given at those low speeds. Will that bouncing tendency be lowered for some degrees with PF?

I like The Bounce. Now, try taxiing Zero off the official FB airports in the flat tundra or steppe.

Helps to hold stick back and if you think you are about to nose over (a learned skill) add 100% power--keep stick back and finger on the 100% button or throttle and be Prepared.

Once you land do you raise the flaps fully? I find that helps with the bouncing for me. Easy to taxi then.

I have to agree with Kimura here. It's as if there is no suspension travel at all on the tail wheel.

the same thing goes for the nose wheel on the P39 and P63.

Yeah I agree. Its overdone. But I find also that the CR.42 does it also, not as much though. Hopefully effect will be toned down.

Giganoni, I noticed that hopping even at very very low taxi speeds of below 20-40kph, where flaps has no effect anymore.
