    Is anybody reading this from UBI?
    Are you sold enough copy and now laid back and counting the money???
    Read the forum, and respons something please.
    I have checked the facebookpage...very funny. default only visible your messages only.
    Click filter on the top then Your shape+others and you can see not too much people are happy with your product.
    Why do you run this forum???
    There are a couple of BUG in this program. Dont You want do something?
    How can I get my money back?

    I agree you guys need to start fixing these problems with the your shape center website. The game works flawlessly for me, but all of this extra stuff you advertise is not functional. What is the deal? Somebody at least respond to let us know you are aware and working on it.

    or at least make a patch.
    I dont even interested about the extras Because i am dead after the test and want to exit, but i have to do fittness test again and again.
    I think they dont respons because there is no planned update or patch or something. If they do something they should have started already but then they can tell us "relax guys the update on the way"

    Ill get today Biggest loser Ill check and review HERE maybe they will respons after that

    Here is the list I have heard:
    1. no proper way to exit
    2. autosave doesnt work after the fittnes test
    3. boring repeated excersise
    4. website: online sync problem
    5. colorie counter count less
    6. website: there is only 30 days in nov not 31
    7. ....pls update if you know anything else

    if you buy a faulty car ,how happy are you if the dealer reports all problem to the factory without any respons, when your car will be repaired replaced or updated to use all functions?

    Add to the list zslot started:

    * Changing program in personal training area (ex. Changing from cardio to Sleeve buster workout) throws out your progress on the program you were doing.
    * Total calories reflect all workouts, but all workouts not reflected on your workout calendar
    * Website Week & month view do not show workout but day view for that particular day does.
    * Some pretty bad sign-in issues with the Forums too (had to create a second ubisoft account, sign in multiple times)

    I am going through each thread and putting together a list of complaints and questions to send to the developers and brand managers.

    This thread has been very helpful since zslot and cbeiter10 have started the list.

    Are you really didnt put anything on your rooms wall?
    Just because maybe thats why you didnt have any problem with the software.
    Is there anything in progress yet? or respons from brand manager/ubi?

    haha, my husband an I are staying in temporary corporate housing for his work. That's why our room looks a little bare. I don't think that it effects the game. What I have noticed is if the game (and other kinect games) isn't reading our moves correctly then we adjust the blinds to alter the amount of light in the room and that seems to fix the problem.

    I am still waiting to hear from brand / dev's. My list of questions was really long. But I do know that it was forwarded to the right person. I will nag them next week if I don't hear back soon.
