Erin, don't you have a Mac? If you do, HOW DO YOU MAKE BANNERS!??!? Like...that kind with the borders and stuff?

I mean, I know how to make banners, but I have been trying to figure out how to put a border on it for AGES

Okay, so choose the pictures you want to be in the banner. Save them as whatever you want. Then go to picnik.com and click on "Get Started Now". Then click on "Library" and "Collages". Choose the frame you want, then click on "Upload a photo" in the corner. Choose the file of the pic, then drag it to a frame when it loads. Do that for every frame. Then click "Done". It will take you to a page where you can add text, stickers, and a bunch of other stuff too.
