So I've finished several workouts today and apparently burned 303 calories.

If I use the day view these are on the website but if I select the Month view or doesn't show them.

    Why is this?

Have a look in a few hours. Sometimes it takes a while for all the elements of the website to catch up. It's a bit quirky. Sometimes it takes as long as a day.

Thanks for your help. Worked a treat. Odd though and hopefully its on their list of things to do.

So Monday's training is there on the website but Tuesday's wasn't showing.

I did another training session this evening (wednesday) and thought I'd check to see what I could see.

I can see Monday and Wednesday's but not Tuesdays workout. My calorie count matches the game though.

So I always make sure I finish my workouts but there is something odd going on here.

The website is stating I'm missing workouts when I'm not and the game knows I'm not.

    Any advice?

I have the same issue. Total calories is right, but doesn't add up in the monthly workouts. Also, the missing workout is not added towards my goal. Anyone with an answer yet? Thanks

There is a post I made in another thread about this issue. Perhaps it will help with your issue.

I noticed something odd when I used YSFE today. Normally then I am going to use YSFE I turn on my Xbox, wait for the sensor to wake up then wave my right hand for it to recognize me and my Kinect ID, which signs me into XBox Live as well. After that I open YSFE and after waving my hand again in the welcome area of the game it automatically knows who I am. Using this method I have not had any trouble with my calorie count on the Your Shape Center website.

But this afternoon I was a little distracted so I opened the game before signing in. I was prompted to signin in the game and did that instead. I noticed after signing in that instead of the goal, challenge, friend information I usually see on my profile screen, I saw something telling my about signing up for Your Shape Center. I thought, "That's odd," But just continued to the personal trainer session. I did two personal trainer sessions. Then I want back to look at my profile again. It still looked odd. So I left the game and turned off my XBox.

When I turned it back on I waited for the sensor to wake up, waved for it to recognize me then entered the game the way I normally do. This time the profile page look normal with the goal, challenge, friend information all there. I went and played a brief gym game. Then I left YSFE again and closed down my XBox.

When I went to the Your Shape Center website I noticed that my grand total of calories was correct. But today's totals are not. Everything was counted except for the two sessions I did while I was signed into my profile from within the game instead of the way I normally do it. Even the single gym game was counted correctly.

So the manner in which someone signs into their profile may effect how accurately their information syncs to the Your Shape Center website.
I also noticed that the amount of calories that was missing from my daily total was also missing for my currently running challenge. I'm pretty certain that if I has a goal running it would be missing form that as well.

So keep an eye on the way you log into your XBox profile and see if it has any relationship to your missing information of the website.
