Chinese English version bought from Hong Kong cannot play DLC | Forums

What is the point of releasing a version of Chinese English in Hong Kong when there is no potential to expand DLC? And why even make it available in Hong Kong to tempt us when it says it cannot work?

I am very disappointed that I bought this thinking there is expandability after reading the reviews. What's worse is that I don't even need the Chinese language when I play this.

Is there a way I can refund this or swap for an English version only? You want to make more money from me, let me download the DLC!!!!
