I am looking for a good site, that has an option where you can choose the parts, but they build it for you (or build the majority of it) and ship it to you. I plan on getting a new PC come spring, and don't really have the time to build my own (or else I would.) So please link me to a good site!

Sounds like you are looking for barebones systems there. Several sites sell barebones sets. Multiwave Direct does, and so does Newegg . Newegg's barebones systems usually consist of a motherboard, case, power supply, and cables, possibly with a drive or two, but that's it. Processor, memory, heatsink, video/sound cards, etc you have to purchase and install yourself. Multiwave sells all that, plus you get to pick (and purchase) the memory and processor, and they'll assemble and test those components for you. I've never bought a barebones that way, but I bought my first motherboard and processor from Multiwave, and a few other items later, and they're a good place to deal with.
