but i still preorder it and get release day delivery with amazon.
I am quite excited to see when I can burn the 200,00 calories as it's the ultimate achievement in the game.

I got it today and did about an hour workout. It is seriously hands down a superior sequel. The tracking now is superb. I love the new interface and routines. Best part all of your calories burned from the first game carry over.
The game has a lot of friends stats leaderboard integration through out the game and im the only person I know who has it. So anyone feel free to add me. Thanks

If the calories carry over did you automatically earn the achievements?

I got the game and have to agree with Pillur.
I used to own original YS and than went through bunch of fitness titles. Most of them mediocre at best. YS was still the best of the bunch. YS2012 is better.
Usually giving any type review after only one day of use is not possible, but based on what I saw this is by far the best fitness title for Kinect.
Everything was improved (including menu navigation, the number of excersises appears to be large even without DLC, enough new workouts, they kind of give you a personalized workout option). In short I am very happy, and I'll probably stick with YS2012 for the whole year without trying out new fintess games.

CracklierGolem - I believe so. After I completed the first workout I got something like 10 or more achievements. I did not check which (I don't care much), but it would be weird to get all those on the first workout (without transffered calories).

And to be clear - some issues are still around, I can see various ways to improve the game, and I am sure I'll run into more soon, but unless it starts crashing regularly this is still the best fitness game on Kinect.

I wouldn't pay a nickle for this turd of a game after UBISoft completely ignored their customers complaints and game ending calorie counting bug with the last version.
They are going to fully reap what they sowed last time and I've let thousands of others know to avoid this version using many gaming forums.
Watch this game hit the bargain bin within 3 months, no patches, and plenty of overpriced DLC to further shaft users.
Good Night YSFE, you've made your own bed.
And yes, EA SPORTS Active 2.0 got me in much better shape than your software. Customizable workouts, weights, floor, and incentives blow away your crap. The only good thing about YS1 was the cardio boxing and they didn't even expand upon it in the follow up version. LOL

That is a "kind of" part of the statement...
Once you set the objective. The game puts "flags" next to certain excersises. These are the ones you are supposed to do in order to achieve your objective. It also give you something like this "3 times a week for one month". Each time you complete the workout that has been "flagged" it increases the percentage completed towards your goal.
As far as I can tell there is no way to schedule specific workouts for specific day or create the focused workout. It's up to user to decide which of "flagged" workouts to do.
