Here you go! I have the Uboat at zero speed when the game started and I notice the seas do produce current strong enough to move the sub forward. In an hour or so the sub would be out of sight if you were in camera mode.

I picked the worst of everything, storm, rain, wind. Rock the boat baby!

Also note in very shallow water or if your unlucky enough to drift by a sinking ship that isnt fully sunk you could bottom out and do damage.

Note the picture where the sub banks hard left from a side wave hitting the starbord side.

You can hear very real life thunder and see lightning. The sound gets louder with how close the strike is. It was close one time and it scared the bejesus out of me. Really cought me off guard.

This kind of weather is great for escaping on the surface if you are low on batteries and your in a jam. Although it would be difficult if certain vessels are equiped with radar to track you and if its in season for whatever year you are in.

Taskforce1x1 you can make subnets appear via the editor but they seem to be untextured, something that should be fairly easy to fix I also have had no luck with getting mines to show up, anyway heres a subnet example :

Can you please tell me what format (extension) are files dealing with special effects.
In FS 2004 there is an FX folder IIRC, I don`t know how it`s called here, if it is accesible at all.

I see sounds in .wav
Graphics are in .TGA
Video in .wma
some .CFG files
Mission files .mis
Crew uses .dat and TGA files

Explosions seem to be in .TGA format.

TF, if you want to be able to upload screens that are larger in size then use this site:

http://imageshack.us/

They allow sizes up to 1024 KB. It's free and extremely simple to use.

Hope this helps!
