    Edit: ALL COMMENTS WELCOME!!

With this movie you will experience IL2 aircraft in the highly detailed Call of Duty virtual environment where I used the green chroma map developed by Dogeater and DonX (AAA) as tool for the chroma keying of the green screened IL2 clips.

Besides plenty human shoots, I ventured with the filming and blue screening of scale models for better close-up realism. If you like a bit of tank battles then this movie will suit you well.!

You will also see the effects of the exhaust flame mod from AAA.

It is better to download the high res version and view on your win player:

Good job bil, I've been messin' with my U.O. and I'm doing the Foy mission now, trying to cross the bridge. Liked the video, nice and smooth.

    Fantastic job biltongbru.

The in pit shots were awesome.

The Tiger clips at times reminded me strangly of Das Boot where they emerge onto the coning tower but as stated above were very smooth and seamlessly coordinated.

Really enjoyed the hi res d/l.Congrats.

Wow. That's cool. You are the blue/green screen master.

Correct me if I'm wrong in understanding what you wrote, but did you use an IL2 map that is completely green so that when you put objects and fly planes in it, you can just pick up those bits and green screen the rest out?

Really great job to say the least

The green screen techniques are really coming along wonderfully!

Congrats- looks like it was a lot of work there, and it came together very well

    Cheers

Very impressive Biltong, what does it for me is the hands on stick and switches cockpit shots are totally convincing and a much better effect than the human heads in my opinion. It's something that's missing not only in IL-2 but most flight sims, some put in pilots legs but I only remember Enemy engaged doing pilot's hands.
The tank is brilliant, I was about to ask what game has a tiger that looks that good and I saw in the credits it's a model!
Anyway, I'd love to see more cockpit stuff in movies
