is YS web down again? I get the "We couldn't retrieve your game data." error again...

I guess it is but I am getting a message saying that it is having trouble trying to language redirect me. I hope that they do not force me to use a Chinese language site as I am a westerner living abroad.

Yeah, it's down for me as well. I'm also seeing the "We couldn't retrieve your game data" message.

The Uplay site is down as well. So, I imaging any workouts being done this morning in YSFE are not going to be recorded in the Your Shape Center.

I agree that from previous times the site has been down the pattern seems to be that any daily workouts are not saved; but at least your total calorie burn should get updated and saved when the site comes back up and you do anything within YSFE to cause an auto-save. At least in the past it seems to accept the total calorie burn that is being tabulated within game, and that is something to smile about.
