Guuuuyyyssss... Let's all be friendly here, ok? @ bf2player2006, we all get a little excited when we sink 100K+ tons for the first time. More so when we sink 200K+ It's ok for the guy to blow a little steam

These are SH3 screens, but still... Look on the last one Not trying to brag. Just proving a point that it is in fact possible at 92% realism (only external cam for following torpedoes and taking screens). The 33 ships were only possible with some crafty use of a deck/flak gun combination

I've never even reached 20,000 Tons in a single patrol and I never last past my first patrol (Always get killed and DC'd to death)

Most C2's take one 3m impact torpedo to bring down if you aim for the right spot (NOT the default place the locked view aims). I had to do 2 save/reloads one where I found a passenger liner and set the AoB exactly opposite of what it was supposed to be, so the TDC thought the ship was moving right to left, instead of left to right, so the torpedo went WAY off-course. Second was when I got stuck inside NY harbor without a way to maneuver. No idea how that happened Got 3 souvenirs from there :P

Btw, I have no mods installed except the real-looking torpedo damage holes instead of the stock dark spot. And yes, I practiced to sink C2's a lot, so I don't waste more than 1 torpedo

Quite impressive, I always had trouble trying to aim at specific spots on a ship versus just the default lock center. I am getting a hang of it a little in sh4 with the spread dial of course it takes awhile to get working right, anyways...

    Well ok i accept defeat....

Anyways i personally prefer using the L96A1 as its far more accurate than the M95 but less damage... Ill trade damage over accuracy any day.

Well i dont play BF2 as much as i did in 2006, i play it so much less. Anyways i like to play BF2142! Titan mode just pwns!

Yea titans are nice if you can find a decent server, the l96 and m95 do same damage just m95 shoots a tad flatter and goes through thin walls and bullet proof glass. I wish you could swap scopes or upgrade in bf2 like 2142 , imagine the l96 scope on the .50 that would be sweet. Anyways, time for this thread to take the deep six into internet obscurity.....
