What do you have to do to unlock Sculpting 2.3? I have completed Sculpting 2.1 and 2.2, but I can't seem to unlock the next level.

Most of the levels can be unlocked by either retaking the fitness test until you get higher rating OR by continuing to do the highest level you have unlocked until the game feels you are proficient enough to advance to the next level. Most people find retaking the fitness test to be faster.
