I've watched the clips of Villa, and here is my reconstruction of the layout.

Fig.1--This is the 2nd floor, overlooking the living room atrium. I will use this figure as the origin (straight ahead will be North, to the left will be West, to the right will be East, and the opposing direction of this pic will be South).

From this pic, you can see above is the skylight that is from the Bravo Spawn on the roof. You can fast rope from the roof spawn into the living room atrium 1st floor.

From this pic, if you keep walking north, you will get to the 2 flight main stairway which leads to the 1st floor, which will face south into the living room. See fig.2.

Fig.2--So this is the main stairway, looking south into the living room atrium 1st floor.

Fig.3--If you go down into the 1st floor from the mainstairs and make a right (heading East), you will get to a door which leads to the backyard deck.

Fig.4--Once on the deck if you make a left facing south, you will see stairs leading to the garage. The garage is U-shaped; the part of the garage with the red sportscar that this pic shows is the Alpha Spawn point.

Fig.5--Now if you proceed down the deck stairs and make a sharp left hand turn, you will see the main part of the garage with the silver car. This pic is facing northeast. The stairway inside the garage leads back north-bound to the main stairs (see fig.6 below).

Fig.6--This is facing north from the door from the garage downstairs. We are now back on the 1st floor. Just to the left (west) is the mainstairway again, and if you keep going west, you will again see the door to go out onto the deck. The reverse angle of this pic is Fig.2. In Fig2, you can see a brown door through the steps, this brown door is the entryway view of Fig.6.

Straight ahead North is the dining room, once you enter the dining room and make a left (west) and keep going west, you will make your way into the kitchen.

If instead you make a right heading East, you will see a partition and an entryway to a hallway which leads to an indoor garden on 1st floor. From that area, the Southside has a stairway which leads to the 2nd floor recreation room and the catwalk overlooking the indoor garden. From there you will find another stairway that leads up to the Bravo roof spawn point.

Well that's all I can see from the clips so far.

Yeah, alternatively to patching together screens shots you could just boot up Rvensheild and play the map.

Considering this is Rainbow's ten year anniversary, it's not surprising there are homages to previous games. There are also parts that remind me of Penthouse (notably the stairs and railings). Probably why this is the one map I'm dying to play.
