For me any forum, not just this one, is a medium for me to find out what is the 'current position' with regards to the subject that I am currently interested in.
When I come here I am seeking to find out about the game and upcoming releases and give any sort of feedback, comments and help that I deem appropriate, what I do not want to do is to be 'led up the garden path'.
This is probably one of the most honest forums I do visit and contains a lot of links to other sites and download areas where people visiting can download all forms of data which could, if users were mislead into visiting/downloading bad data, could cause irreperable damage to their computers.
The post I replied to was not the first in which that the 'writer' had suggested his involvement with Ubisoft, and I am seeking to clarify his position so that others, who do not visit here on a regular basis, are aware of his actual/none involement with the Ubisoft company.
Have you ever heard of the expression...'Put up or shut up'.
Just because this forum allows you to post whatever you want, within reason, it should not be the case that you should be able to claim things that are factually incorrect and are likely to mislead!!!!
