TrackIR vs. Free head tracking software | Forums

Ok, before you think "Not this again" well for me it's something I've been trying to find over the UBI forums and Google, but I still don't quite get it.

Which one is better? So what are the main difference? TrackIR has 120 fps while <Name Edited out> has 30 (or something like that). Is this true? Is that one the only difference?
