    I seem to have sorted my sync-ing issues with the website, but now I have a different, similarly catastrophic problem.

    My wife has been using the YSFE for about a week now with no problems. Today, she tried again and was recognised by the game, but then was asked to "select a device". After going through all that, all her progress, unlocked sections etc was lost! We checked under her profile on the xbox and the achievements were shown, but the game doesn't seem to want to know any more!

    Has anyone had this before and is there any way she can avoid having to unlock all those sections again?!

    If it's relevant, she doesn't have a uplay account as she's not interested in the online aspect.

    This just happened to me today. It was working for weeks and today just stopped and made me start over from the very beginning. Very sad! Did you figure out how to fix it? I don't really want to do all of the beginner steps again.

    my wife is in the same boat and I can't find ANY info on how to fix it. there appears to be NO way to get her progress back. VERY irritating when she was psyched about it and to have it just be deleted??? wth not even a corrupted save file...nothing at all...
