There's a link on the main website. Just click Help > Contact and fill out the form and someone will look into it for you.

The first 500 people already received their free 1 month membership. If you did not receive an email but still got a membership, please understand that you don't technically need the email. It may have gone to your spam folder, or if your email address is not on file, it may have gone to your parent's email. Please do not worry if you cannot find the email though. If you are one of the 500 people, you will already know that you have a Diamond Membership!

i was in the 500 but i don't have membership and i still don't have the dress and badge

So, I do apologize for the information I gave you guys previously. I misunderstood what was happening with the Diamond Memberships.

The first 500 people to purchase a Diamond Membership get a free month added to their total membership. So, if you purchase a one month membership, you really get two months (one is free). If you purchase a 6 month membership, you really get 7 months (one is free).

I thought it was going to be a free month to the first 500 players to sign up for Closed Beta but I definitely misunderstood. I am very sorry for the miscommunication.

This explains why a lot of you were not getting an email regarding a free membership.

Also, lizi9955, on the main page beside the big button that says Play there is a Help tab. Let us know if you can't find it! We can help you.
