Have only and "advanced" tab?! If Im missing the beginner option please point me in the right direction.

NYNY is an advanced program, just like the Platinum Cardio Boxing is a more advanced program. If you're looking for a "beginner" or "trained" program try one of the programs that came with YSFE in the "Update my program" section. Then work your way up to NYNY.
