I have read most of the posts, and it seems that people are getting cardio. I found the exercises were repeating, and I only did it once! What if I want to do my cardio on my treadmill, and then focus on bodyparts for weightlifting? Does it always do the cardio? I couldn't get it to do much else.
also, does it tell everyone to do cardio and focus on the chest??????

It seems like its more like yourself fitness and my fitness coach in the workout structure - where it always starts off your workouts with cardio. Kind of like an extended warm up. You can do your cardio on the treadmill and add it in under the activities section (I think, I haven't personally used that section yet) and tell your workout to focus on strength. If you really dont want to do the games cardio portion and dont care about the score part there, you can mute it and let it play itself during that section then go back to it when its time to lift

I think you need to go into the workout section and scroll through the body parts. You can choose what areas you want to do there - from memory I think you click on the area of the body. I wasn't sure, so I've been highlighting everything for a cardio workout. I don't know if this is the best idea - but a cardio workout surely shouldn't focus on one area. I'm certainly no expert - that's why I got the game.
