I've read that the game is supposed to tell you if your form is off, and I remember that it was doing that during my first Zen game. After that, there's absolutely no voice prompting. The music plays and there's all the other "click/select/Kinect" sounds but that's it.
Is there a way to get the feedback going again?

I always thought that it means you're doing it right!
Or do you get less than 100% after it's over?

skibum1175, has the voice dropped out all together? Or have the comments just lessened?
My experience with the Zen classes is that after you've done them a couple of times the trainer makes fewer comments and doesn't give as much detail about how the routines are done.
Also, as SilentYew03556 said - silence is golden
- when you are achieving 100% the trainer often says very little. Even the little encouraging comments drop off, especially in the personal training session.

They've seemed to have dropped off all together, not just in the Zen section, but also in all the other activities. My wife just started using the Zen activity and I assumed the feedback would be chattering away but she had nothing, too. Since was just learning to use YS, her score wasn't 100%
I purposely tried terrible form (legs together for wide stance) so that my score was 0%-- still no feedback.
At least the music still plays.

It does sound like something is really wrong. You might want to contact Ubisoft customer support. I believe their phone number is on the little leaflet (aka user manual) that came with the game.
