I just got off a game of Simple Deathmatch, I ABSOLUTELY Love It.While I say this, I do have some Constructive Criticism to give to our good friends at the big UBI.Here We Go.
-Killing System-
This is obviously a HUGE, probably the BIGGEST part of the Multiplayer, I have max'ed AC:Brotherhood's Level Cap.This whole Contested Kills/Honorable Death Thing, HAS TO GO ASAP, whoever hit their button first should get either the kill or the stun. I hate when i stun an unsuspecting person only to see and "Honorable Death" It's a LOAD OF BS.
-Spawning In-
This has become a terrible problem in Multiplayer games as of late. The spawn points, especially in Simple Deathmatch are absolutely atrocious. Two thirds of the time I'm spawned RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY HUNTER. It's rediculous. You can do better, come on guys.
-Simple Deathmatch-
I had to point this out in particular seeing as It Is my favorite game type. Make roofs OFF LIMITS. It ruins the game type plain and simple. Invisible Wall up the roofs PLEASE. Seeing my hard work go unrewarded because some ****** on the roofs of stands in Rome Or Venice is absurd.
Make it secondary weapons only. It's hard to be stealthy when people see you rolling over other people's backs to stab them.
-Conclusion-
Overall this is my TOP game in the Multiplayer Department, and as a franchise in general. If they improved these things,This game would reach perfection for me. BTW I Did Max Level Brotherhood. Thanks For Reading This Thing

Kill system-
Is fine as it is. I would honestly prefer a contested kill or an honorable death to lag screwing me out of a kill completely or when I should have gotten a stun giving him a 450 incognito kill.
Spawn-
Yes it can be BS some times. But I play a lot of death match and while sometimes it screws you over it isn't as bad as you make it out to be. Though granted when it does screw up it ****es you off.
Simple-
No. As annoying as they are roofs are a legitimate way to kill. The very very simple way to avoid being killed by them is to stay away from them. This works really well if you are in the lead. Get the heck away from roofs and sit far away. Eventually your 3 hunters will have to leave to get a kill. And then in turn their hunters will leave the roof. Trust me it works in varying degrees of success.
Added when you are playing with seasoned players some times the roofs are the only way to get above a contested kill.
-Killing System-
I quite like the contesetd kills and honorable deaths especially since alot of the newer players who play simple death match run around just holding down the kill ****on, so I'd rather at least get some points for trying to stun someone who isnt even really paying attentiion.
-Spawning in-
I definately agree with this. I play alooot of simple death match and it can get very annoying when you spawn in, walk 5 steps, and then get killed, over and over again. Also added onto this spawning with the same person who just killed you as your pursuer again.
-Simple Deathmatch-
I do not agree with the ommitting of rooftops, rooftops can be used for acro, aerial, and grab kills which all can add up to greater and extreme varietys, and without them I'm pretty sure you cant get extreme variety in simple deathmatch and maybe greater variety as well (not sure about greater). Also as a tip from someone who plays alot of simple death match, when someone goes up on a venice roof go on the same roof on the other part from them run up there then go down for grab kill, and when they are on mt. st. michel wires, go on the wires and move towards them, most people will try to contest you, but go down on the wire and get another grab kill![]()
i think you ought to play a bit more before you start saying things like contested kills must go.. In my opinion contested kills are one of the best new features to the game. Instead of giving the kill to a clusmy killer who got precedence just because he was the killer, he now gets contested. And at the same time if youre a target, you can't get a stun unless you catch your persuer completely off guard.. simply rapidly mashing B isn't catching your peruser off guard.
I do agree that the initial spawn points tend to be less than ideal in deathmatch though. after the initial start they are fine. but in the very beginning you almost alwyas spawn right in front of your target or right in front of your persuer... my advice is if ou don't see your target in the initial spawn, that means your persuer sees you.. you should immediatly get close to the walls to stay out of sight.
if you don't want people to see you rolling off of your targets back, then perform silent or incognito kills, you use your secondary weapon for those and they are less noticeable... reckless and discrete kills use your primary weapon which results in a very flashy kill.
as for the roofs.. theyre apart of the game. people can come at you from all directions.
I don't think the amount he plays has anything to do with whether or not he wants the contested kills gone...Originally posted by DannyStrong:

spawns are horrible and no roofs in deathmatch would make me feel like playing again
got asked to play today and it was KH and everyone was on the roof looking at me looking at them while pointed out my persuers down the mic "courtesan knight and jester you three are chasing me i can see the LT prompts on your heads im not going over there"
they all jumped down at the same time and into a smoke bomb two stuns and a contested kill needless to say i couldnt chase my target while this was going on
souk is awesome and thats because theres no roofs imagine MSM with no roofing imagine galata without that one moron on the acro ledge with the hidden gun
i spit on roofers who defend their roof running religion go play wanted with the rest of the roofies theres no need for it in DM and its NOT legitimate
ASo nice to find something besides whining <3
Contested-
- I do love this new addition honestly, very few times does it work against me, and I like getting compensation for myself because my pursuer decied to go for a reckless for whatever reason.
-Spawning
- this sucks, I gotta say. The only mode I don't mind this in is deathmatch, because now it almost the fun of the game to find your first blood before you get killed or before someone kills you while you're still choosing abilities.
-Roofing
- As much as I hate roofing... I feel like it can't go, because it is 'legal' just abused... kinda like alcohol. I wish, there was some kind of penalty like, if you're on more than four times your meter builds up slower and your points drop or something. I usually jump on it for a bonus and then hop off. But I have come into a match of all Prestige and everyone was rooding. There was literally no way to win.
Surprised you didn't say anthing aboutthe stun prompt :3 but yeah, there are issues with a lot of things ._.
