Anytime my heart starts to pound in sinus rythm i know my caffeine level has dropped too low.
I nice double espresso soon gets that arrythmia back!!!
BTW- the brand of coffee has little to do with the end result, its the barrista who makes all the difference.

Lol wow, I can't beleiv so many of you like Maxwell House, lol thats the bottom end of the scale
I have Bushels, 1 teaspoon of instant and 2 of suger, with lots of milk for breakfast, and a nice cuppa tea before I go to bed

First thing i do when i wake up i push my Senseo ON button, no coffee in the morning is a bad start of the day
