I'm sitting down at the moment with a cup of darjeeling with a touch of local honey in it. Thats TEA to those of you that live on a particular side of the Atlantic.
Actually, when I moved to Sydney my neighbours were Turkish and the intorduced me to the delights of coffee via straight, black Turkish coffee. Its the kind of stuff served in quater in thick porcelain thimbles. You could stand a spoon in it, that is, if the spoon didn' melt on contact. Turkish coffee is so strong that to prepare for it you must actually be drunk before drinking. Otherwise you go straight through sobriety and out the other side, which is never pleasant.
My normal coffee is a straight espresso. No sugar or milk, downed while still steaming hot, usually over a lesiurly brekfast.

Coffee, beer, or a little whiskey unlock my brain to get the ideas flowing. Of which I drink depends on the project or the time of day.
Good, inexpensive, basic coffee for me is Community Club from Louisiana.

My coffee goes with lots of milk and just as much sugar.
Preferrably, I enjoy my coffee with a ridiculously thick-rolled Marihuana or hash joint, but those are "specials" that are only enjoyed after working hours.
