As name indicates, this mod reverses some of the modifications of RuB1.44 back to original files!
Some of the original files, however, are mods too, and some things have been added, so it's not just an unchange mod anymore...

1) Flotilla - I alone (as captain!) want to decide which sub, I want to go in, so if the sub was available historically, I don't want to change flotilla, just in order to get it, so all subs are there in all flotillas! If you don't like it, just delete flotilla.cfg in cfg folder!

2) Water - Original! I don't like the dark water of RuB! If you like it, delete three files in env folder!

3) Deck gun - Original! RuB mode too slow! Maybe original is unrealistic, but is rub mode more realistic? Don't know! But it's a game, and I liked the original, so... if you want RuB mode, delete Library folder!

4) StrTact Map.tga - no tool in right side of the screen, just a compass. Changed this map a little, so it's not so dirty!

5) UMark - Original! yes, the orange spot on surface is back! I like it that way! You don't? Then delete Misc folder!

6) Roster - I "stole" some ships from the British and added them to America, Denmark, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Norway, Spain and Sweden. France DID have battleships, many were in port in North Africa, when France surrendered, and Vichy took over! The Allies couldn't pursuade Vichy to surrender their ships, so the ships were sunk by their former allies... sad! Saw it on Discovery Channel!

7) The moon - Mod by Ailantd! Credit goes to him/her!

8) Basic.cfg - renown values changes! Now it's worth going to and staying in patrol zone and returning to home port (1000 Score Points each). Also renown needed for player medals changed! Fatigue is changed back to original, thus regenerating after stay in "Bugraum/Heckraum", however common seamen have to go there more regularly, officers less! Adjusted ranks of officers: both original and RuB left out the rank of Fähnrich zur See (midshipman/cadet), so it's added, however not tested completely yet! Tried to adjust player ranks too, but haven't tested it completely yet to see whether the rank of Kapitän zur See/Captain is reachable!

9) Crew sign - Original! Obviously, I'm too ****ing blind, but I hated the smaller fatigue sign on the crew members, so back to original!

10) Units on map - Original! the ship icons are back! Depends also whether one plays with map update or not! I do! ;-)

11) Menu.txt - German and English, don't know to bottom which changes were made in RuB, but some of the original lines in both versions are the orginal ones, like "Feindliche Einheit zerstört" instead of "Einheit zerstört"! RUMPFZUSTAND/HULL INTEGRITY is also back! Both original and RuB left out the rank of Fähnrich zur See (midshipman/cadet), so it's added or rather adjusted! RuB 1.44 added new title for the navigator = Obersteuermann, so far accepted, however I have shortened it to OSM

12) "Flottenbegleiter" ("Fleet Escort") v2.0 unit added. Mod made by Commander1980! Credit goes to him/her!

13) SH3 Hospital Ship, v1.0 unit added. Mad mode by iambecomelife! Credit goes to him/her!


Installment methods: use the Generic Mod Enabler (JSGME.exe)!

Personally, I have installed 3 gameplay mods + some graphic/sound mods! To make my mod work, you must use and install in the following order (just say yes to overwrite all files!):

1) RuB1.44
2) Harbour_Traffic_146_for _RuB_144
3) Unchange_RuB1.44b

Well I finally got all the mods to work and its wonderful. I also was told that the crash that took place is a known bug from UBI. I dont know if that is the same UNchange mod above, but I got the last one to work. The only thing I am not sure of is the radio sounds. How do you hear them/or get them to work?

it works great for me! plus i like leaving out of st. nazairre from the sub pens...and there's slots of harbour traffic now...

UMMMM How do you change where you leave from?
