    Hi,

If youre in the UK and intent of going to FL this w/e :

"Just recvd confirmation from Duxford Aerodrome that the weather is projected to sunny, clear, 21c, approx 8mph wind. Funny thing is BBC weather is reporting the same,..."

    from : http://www.talkphotography.co.uk/for...d.php?p=295835

Thats a relief then. Cos its sheeting down here now (bout 40m north of Dux)

    Regards.

21 degrees, sunny and a 100% chance of many drunk DD's there.

I think 10 of the squad are going to show up from NA and the UK to attempt a mass drunk/airshow get together.

There will be about 10 - 15 of our 242 squad there as well.I live 15 miles from Duxford and was in there yesterday to see Velma arrive and we had rain/sun/rain/sun cool winds ,actually quite windy. The weather will do whatever it wants LOL

Wow! How lucky is that considering the weather we've been labouring under for the last month? Look forward to lots of good piccies (not going myself).

Down here in St Neots at the mo, went past Duxford last night and the Catalina was looking very sorry for itself out in some nasty weather. Bright and shiny at the moment though.

Been out of the loop; you all know that Glacier Girl isn't going to make it?

Broken cylinder head, stuck in Goose Bay.

I guess she really, really doesn't want to come to England, eh?

Real disapointed about Glacier Girl but from what I've read her crew are a ruddy determined bunch and I'm sure she will make it here eventually.

Going on Sunday, quite a few of the UK dedi chaps will be there.
