I have a vacation comming up and I would love to take my Xbox and kintec with me but with no access to the internet among other things. I was wondering what people do when they can't use Your Shape for what ever reason.
Myself I plan on running at least twice a day and I'm not sure whatelse. The place where I'm staying doesn't have a gym so I'm limited. I know I could always do nothing until I get back but I hate to lose what I already started.
I'm just getting over the major sorness to my muscles and enjoying the not so intense sorness now.

Actually YOGA is Very good for health. It can even cure many Human diseases, and keeps your body fit and Healthy.
But you need to be careful while doing the poses, because you need to learn them first. IMHO, YOGA is the best fitness exercise known to mankind.

I've just started a work assignment that's going to have me travelling for the next few months pretty much every week, so my usage of YSFE is going to be pretty limited to only weekends.
My first week there, I found that the hotel had a fitness centre, so I basically used the weight machines completely, doing 3 circuits, and their stair stepper machine and bike.
However, I wanted to maintain the sense of the programs I've been doing on YSFE, so I basically added in the Cardio Boxing programs myself, or at least, some near copy of them. Of course, my timing of the rhythm won't be quite the same, I think I was going a little faster and I probably didn't have the reps for each thing exactly right, but that wasn't my main worry.
While the fitness centre at the hotel has enough room for me to do these in there (and thankfully no one else using it when I do) I've managed to do a Cardio Boxing Silver, Gold and Platinum near routines, along with the Michelle Bridges:Get Fit type routine.
Coming home for the long Easter weekend, I did a normal workout routine yesterday and I'm feeling it today. It's great because I was getting to where I didn't have much soreness and with just a week off,(albeit, doing weights and other near things) it's nice to feel like I'm accomplishing something with what had been getting routine.
