    Hello! I am 29 and weigh in at 290 and am 5 foot 4 inches. I have always been heavy but with 2 little girls I must do something. I dont eat that unhealthy but I am the first to admit I could eat better than I do. So I have use the Wii Fit and love that but wanted something to go with it shake up the routine a little! I was nervous about the Your Shape after reading the reviews last night, of course this was after I had already bought it! I was able to get the camera to work just fine I turned the lights off behind me and put the light in front of me. I have a balance ball and weights and wanted to use those I again followed the advice I read last night and click on workout then the base then told it I had the ball and weights. It didnt use the ball but did ask me to use the weights. The work out was for weight loss so the ball really isn't needed. Of course at my size its harder to follow but when my arms got tired and I let them fall it would tell me to fix it but if I didn't it would go away after a couple of minutes. I did 15 minutes with the Your Shape then I did 5 minutes of just lifting weights to work on my arms. I am getting Married in May and want to loose my belly fat, baby fat, and shape my arms. So far I am truly impressed with the program and will continue to use that as well as my Wii Fit. I plan on 1 day with Your Shape then the next with Wii Fit and so on. I have a very active job I am on my feet and moving all day so that will help. My goal is to loose some of this belly/baby weight before our wedding and then to really drop down below the 200 mark! The program did tell me that I burned 220 calories with just that 15 minutes not sure how it figures that out but its something to look at! I am open to suggestions encouragment and any questions!

    Good Job on getting started! The most important thing is to have a plan. I have been using Your Shape for 3 weeks and I still love it. Plus, I am changing my eating habits. Keep Moving!!
