I've done the whole Kinect calibration thing. I can navigate the menus just fine. I just got this game and I can't even use it. I tried starting the personal fitness trainer and after entering my age and exercise stats, it begins the part where I have to dance like the trainer. I'm dancing pretty close to it, but it basically just counts to x7 from x8, then sits there a bit (still green) then it just says that I messed up. I'm moving pretty spot on to what the trainer is doing.
I can't even start playing the game. This is a pretty huge failure. Again, I can navigate everything else just fine. What is up with this? Is there something somehow messed up w/ my sensor even though I ran the calibration test fine and again, I can navigate all menus and such just fine as well? I'm thinking of returning this and my kinect at this point.

Well hey I think I fixed it! Instead of having my kinect below the TV (as seems to be shown to be a valid placement), I propped it up on top of my PS3 (about all it's good for) so it's aiming straight at my chest and now it works perfectly! Again, this is mid-level, not either above or below the TV and not in a setting that seems to be suggested but hey, it works, who cares.
