The big question I have, is there a place that has good descriptions of the personal training courses that I can choose from? For example I started the Ultimate Men's Health Fat Loss course. After finishing the first routine it looks like this is a multi-day course, but I have no description of how many days or what to expect from each routine, or when I should be doing the next routine.

Also, I noticed that some courses like Cardio don't seem to have a set daily plan (maybe I have not gone far enough yet). I can just keep going to the next routine until I get tired.

I guess what I'm looking for is a little more direction for a long term plan. Is there something that can help me plan out what I should be doing throughout each week/month?

I was wondering about this as well. The more I use this the more I see that there's not much here. I went to do the second workout and it was the same as the first..at least as far as I could tell.

Also I don't think anybody is monitoring these forums so I don't think we're going to get any explanations/answers. I'm seriously thinking of returning this.. It doesn't feel as it it's "evolved" enough...

I have similar issues with the lack of direction.

I am hoping they will address this in free software updates. I will not be happy if they expect us to pay for content that adds features that Yourself Fitness had years ago.

This is disappointing, there is so much potential for this game to be a full fitness program. To this point it feels more like an arcade game, where every time you put in a quarter you start from scratch. Even if they had more information on the Website about the specific routines, and some example plans it would be great.

My friends have started asking me about the game, now that I have played it for a little while. I've had to tell them to save their money to this point.

Exactly. This will just hurt Ubi in the long run with word of mouth. How could they not even respond to there own forums? What a joke. Guess Im off to get EA ACtive and try it out.

    From the developers:

The big dot on the progress bar represents a new week so it recommends to do the program 3 times a week. But nothing prevents you from doing it 5 times a week, for example. The progress bar will increase anyway.

To get an overview of the program, the player must do it themselves. They can also check the recommendation the game has for them after the test.

In Cardio, Toning and Sculpting programs, the player can select the routines they prefer according to the descriptions in the menus.
