well, a few things
Ghosts are supposed to be a team of the US army Special Forces, but 4 soldiers seems a bit small, usually they function in teams of 8.
I could post a bunch of links and name off a long list of information about them, but i personally say that they beat the SAS. They're probably about equal in training, but i really doubt that anyone in the world, apart from olympic athletes, is more physically fit than the Green Berets.
If anyone was wondering, Rambo was a former green berets, and he can beat anyone else

However, if you insist, clearly the Ghosts would be considered far superior, not only compared to the SAS but every other special forces unit the (real) world has ever seen. Every time they get called into action they save the world vs. unbelievable odds (in the multi-100s to 1). Their accomplishments and kill ratios are far beyond what any real life SOF can boast.

Thanks for catching my error. How could I leave out both of those.
Anyways, to the people complaining about this being a "serious" debate, I think this little online pissing contest is hilarious. Especially once the debate went Delta/SF vs. SAS. A whole bunch of computer nerds, most of whom will probably never even experience any thing slightly military, sit around and argue about which elite unit is better. Keep in mind all of you are experts and know everything about both groups, and with your expertise and scientific knowledge of the subjects, can deduct who would win in a fight.
This topic was a joke from the beginning.

My uncle was in the S.A.S and it think they would beat the ghost hands down . in the movie "the rock2 staring shawn conery and niloalas cage the said in uit the S.A.S are the best in the world. i know it only a movie but the are right my uncle hade to stay in a forest for 2 mounths wityh only one other guy with NOTHING now that hard . they had to eat any thiong

But seriously, now that the insults are out of the way. You can't just go around and proclaim yourself as a freaking king and not expect to flamed like that. Its a game and should be taken as lightly. Who cares if we got off topic, it was fun, just they way a game should be.
As for the expert comment, yes we all are experts and you should not be addressing us in such a way. Shame on you non-expert, non-educated person for trying to insult us. I laugh at your efforts of boosting your self-esteem.
But seriously though Green Berets would kick SAS ***. Rambo and Arnold on a team is unstopable, but Norris on it and its godly.

Did I ever claim to be expert? You don't have to know much to realize that this topic is a joke. This is a case of "my dad can beat up your dad."
By the way, yes, I do feel more qualified with military subjects than the average gamer. Am I an expert? Far from it. Am I a guru? Not a chance. I know there are people here who know more than me, and are more capable than me, but at least I have some hands-on. So yes, it humors me when people who don't have a clue what the real military is like sit around and decide what would happen in a military situation.
I don't know what your deal is with me, but I am just going to ignore anything you have to say from now on.
