I went to look at my stuff online this morning and no matter what I do I keep getting this page;
REGISTER YOUR SHAPEWe couldn't retrieve your game data.
This area is dedicated to the owners of Your Shape Fitness Evolved, if you already own and have played the game make sure you've linked your xBox account to your Ubisoft account. You can achieve this via the ingame Uplay service, in the pause menu.
I am still using the same passwords so have no idea why they are suddenly not working
It's not only you experiencing this problem. I get the same message when I want to login. When I click on the bottom left of the website on YourShapeCenter I get another message:
Error - Page cannot be displayed
We're currently experiencing difficulties with the language redirection page. Be sure that Ubisoft is making its best to fix the issue as soon as possible.
About 10 hours ago I could see my score once in a while but now I only get the same message as you mentioned.
Maybe they are working on the scoreboard or something?
I'll quote myself from the "You Got Questions? Post here!" thread

My iPhone app was also working earlier but is not working now.
I suspect something is being worked on...
The Your Shape site is definitely down. Couple this with 800 hundred plus people having problems getting their stats to show on the "Your Shape Calorie Crushing Challenge" website and things are not boding well for Ubisoft. The real problem I see is that these comments can go on for days without a response from Ubisoft. Everyone has technical problems from time to time, but communicating with your customers is the key to keeping them. The game itself is a lot of fun; but the greater benefit is gained from the community experience and the opportunities afforded by challenging yourself against and with others. If these problems continue and the company remains virtually silent then people will lose interest in the game and look for other game providers to fill the gap. I hope the Ubisoft gets these things resolved as the game and website have great potential!
I agree. This working out with video games thing seems so exciting but it seems like it's starting to go a little "electric car" (or "premature tech-ulation")on us - a lot of potential but as you say wolf, unless there is a good connection with customers there are going to be a lot of people going back to the gym. The truth is that people will put up with all sorts of hiccups and problems - we all know that this is pioneer stuff in a way BUT there is no need for the lack of company feedback.
Forums are great but sooner or later someone is going to have to front up and post regular updates and tips from Ubisoft.
