    I can't seem to setup a varied exercise routine. I configured to work on several body parts, but each day it wants me to select one body part and then wants to work on that for 30 minutes - very boring. How do you set it up to work on several different things each day, working towards a goal?

    I too am having the same problem. I would like to see someone answer your question. Also my wife would like to use the Michelle Bridges workouts, but if she does one in the morning and the other at night the next day it does not show that she has completed any of the first one.
