I just purchased the Your Shape last week and mine is not working! I put the camera in the usb port when the wii is off, then I turn it on put the disk in and it loads then I hit it to play it but then the screen just goes black and nothing happens! Does anyone know how to fix this?? I did update the wii as well when I put the disc in the first time! Please help!

Mine is doing the same thing. I have gone to the main website--- support.ubi.com --- I am hoping to get a response via e-mail. So far I am very disappointed in the game, mainly since I can't get it to even work.

Hey yeah I don't know whats going on this is the second one I have tried and still not working! Its very annoying! lol Please let me know if they tell you anything that works! Thanks!

I have the exact same problem. I also tried 2 different discs. Did you receive an answer from Ubisoft?

It works now. I just needed to upgrade the Wii firmware to the latest version 4.2.

I installed the update when I first played it, but when I tried to play it a second time it crashes. I shut down the Wii and then started it back up and inserted the disc and the Wii just crashes. The Wii has the 4.2 update. Any ideas or solutions to this one?
