After laying off this game for 5 months, i decided to play again, Unfortunatly the same problem is still effecting my game, I fly a mission & i hit Quit Mission & on the debriefing screen i hit apply to go to the next mission & nothing happens, Now normally when you hit apply & the game is creating the next mission you can't move the cursor around, But in this case you can, So i tried to refly the mission & it just sat on the loading screen, I had to CTRL-ALT-DELETE to end the game, When i started up the game again & tried to start my career this is what i got



This amounts to 76 missions & a nice career down the toilet, This bug is the reason i stopped playing this game, I've tried reinstalling the game & that does'nt help, I'm running Ver. 3.04 & the latest DGEN, Funny thing is i never really had this problem when i first installed PF, This started to get bad after the latest patches & DGEN updates

In the last time I seen that, it happened exactly the same to me, after a forced ctr alt del because I couldn't continue the campaign.
I tracked it as an auto update to sun java routines which I saw in it's log at the exact moment I couldn't continue the campaign. Related or not, I disabled it's auto update eversince.

Same thing happened to me with F.B. when I was about 70 missions in. I was NOT a happy man. But so far, no problems with the merged beast. I love it...
