why cant they get in range? for example, you have ruse cards for that.
and i wont ever make 15 of them cause they are already effective when you have 5.
you could also come 1v1 then as you know evrything betteryou should learn me some stuff.

I have come with an idea for how to delay/prevent this ''magical IWIN'' button that some people ''cry'' about and i would like to hear some comments
How about switching Priest/m40 with Long tom from Prototype base.
That would perhaps make Prototype base something a USA player would perhaps go for and would delay USA ball as some call it quite alot imo.
Since Long tom if researched in AA base would be very vulnerable to enemy Artillery aswell which would remove the need to go suicide runs to nuke either their air or arty.
In general i feel USA has the least research and can pump out pretty much any units from start of making only the building req.
So I made a list of some changes that i think are quite appropriate(i described the one i support the most above).
- switch Priest/m40 with long tom
- Willy to 10$
- M16 symbolic 30 sec research and 25$ cost(for research ofc)
- Jacksons 75$ research cost and 25$ per unit
I think if 2 of those 4 changes happen then noone could say USA is OP anymore, however i still do not think USA is OP, it is just slightly better than all other nations.
But it has an OP Heavy tank though, which should never happen in my opinion it simply neglects all germany tanks which is not right.

I don't really like that idea. It puts 2 armored artillery units into the prototype base.
My main problem with the long tom would be that I need 3 guppies to take it out while the M40 only needs 1 guppy. But that is probably a deficit of the guppies, it is pretty bad vs. everything except vehicles, armor 1 (if they are not in woods) or other FBs.
Also why get the M40 when you can just get the calliope from the proto base? Calliopes annihilate everything, hit better and are harder to kill. Of course they have shorter range but they have sooo much more firepower.
The problem isn't that the M40 would be too strong, the problem is that it is very well protected while the defense itself offers very little space to apply the crossbar.

But that would probably also ruin a lot of other potential USA builds while messing up the proto base. I think the problem are rather the counter units. After all, the US player is doing nothing but wait and counter whatever comes with this tactic, making it very hard to gain any edge against him. We already have a Jackson thread and for now I'd leave it at that. As someone who plays a lot of France I of course also look envious at the M16 but French issues have no part in this thread.
