Just got YOUR SHAPE 2012. The program did not recognize my calorie score. It set me at 0. It also says the server is down. Also, on the old YOUR SHAPE sometimes it wouldn't record my calorie score on the website. It seems that their server up time isn't reliable. How could this be?

The YSCenter website is up for me this morning. Perhaps you can try again?
