    These issues just started today:
    1. I started up game as usual, but my player profile didn't show up.
    2. I went to website to see if calories counted, and the website says I haven't registered. I can't access the dashboard.
And this issue has been going since April 8:
    1. In the game, the "last 5 days of activity" has not been getting updated. It still shows that my last exercise was the end of March. I have exercised several times since March 29, and none of the exercises are appearing on the "activity".
    What's going on?

Well...almost as soon as I posted the above message my ability to access the dashboard returned. I am now on to see if my profile shows up in the game. Cross your fingers...

I have access to dashboard again.
My player profile shows up again in the game.

However, the last 5 days of activity still shows my last exercise was on March 29. I have exercised at least 7 times since March 29, most recently this morning.

Also, my calories on website are different from calories on game. There is about a 300 calorie differential.

    Here's the problem now:
The calorie counter on the game and the calorie counter on the dashboard are not updating.
The game is stuck at 15377 and the dashboard is stuck at 15740. As I mentioned, the "last 5 days" activity has not changed since March 29. Interestingly, the daily, weekly, and monthly activity shows up on the dashboard; it just isn't moving the calorie counter up. Also, my "goals" are still being reached both on the dashboard and in "My Profile" in the game.
What's going on? What do I have to do to fix this?

    Just noticed this:
As I'm writing this it is April 19, 2011 at 10:27p.m. EST.
On the Dashboard (website) it shows that I last syched on 20-April-11. It's not April 20 yet.
Does all this funky stuff have something to do with daylight savings time??

I don't want to get too excited, but I think I figured out how to fix the synch bug that everyone is complaining about.
My calorie counter actually went up today, not by a lot, only by 7 calories, but it's something. If it goes up again tomorrow, I'll post here about what I did to fix this. Crossing my fingers that this works.

PaulFelix, please mind spamming other topics with the same message. Thanks!

Well, two days later, and it is not sync'ing again.
The console has my calories at X. The website has my calories at Y. Y is about 400 calories more than X. I thought if I could get X above Y, that the two (console and website) would get back together. So, I did a huge workout session and burned 407 calories. I went to the website, and the calorie counter was Y+7. That's what got me excited. Unfortunately, I went to the console today, and the calories are right back at X. I exercised about 200 calories. Website still shows Y+7.
Didn't want to get too excited, but hopefully, you can see why I thought there was some hope. Oh well, will continue to wait for Ubi to figure it out.
