    I am running through the personal training sessions for 3 days now. My problem is it never tells me I am done for the day. I am doing 2 sessions per day and a zen class but it only shows 2 bars each time. Does the program TELL you when you are finished traning for a particular day?

    imo if you can do another set and have the time then your not done for the day

    how about setting yourself a goal say burn 150 a day then nex week making it say 170

    but im not a fitness instructor this is just the way im looking at it ive just started doing this myself

    ive set myself a goal this week of 1100 then will make it more next week

    I have a full hour to workout each morning, I am just wondering if I am missing something in the program itself. I was expecting the program to tell me when the days session is over. I thought the whole personal training thing was supposed to be setting goals for me based on the fitness quiz/test, correct?

    Me too. I am lost. Is there a new workout each day. Does the Workout change because you cant do the same work out everyday. You have to give muscles a chance to heal. How do I set up a workout and when am I done?
