I just received the Xbox Kinect and YSF last night, I set up everything and have burned 427 calories, but the progress bar shows 0%. Can someone help me figure this out? Thanks.

I recall there are a number of progress bars in YSFE 1. Which one are you asking about?

Since I just started using this last night, BOTH the Xbox 360, Kinect AND games, I'm probably unfamiliar with a lot of terms, etc. But, it's the progress bar, that I am assuming will tell me how much progress I've made on the goal the program set for me after I answered the quiz. It reads 0 % complete, even though I've burned 400+ calories and done several workouts. Thanks for responding!

Is it the original YSFE or YSFE2012?

Aha! I think you're describing a common problem. And by problem I mean Ubisoft not providing any documentation or help in understanding how the game properly works.

Once you've completed the quiz and an objective has been set you will see on the main screen that certain types of exercises now have blue flags marked against them (for example, Abs, Legs, Boot Camp). If you then select one of those exercises then you will notice that only one or two of the sessions within that exercise will have blue flags. You must complete a session marked with a blue flag for it to count against your objective/goal.

Thanks euler, I know I've done some of the exercises with blue flags, I'll go back and double check to make sure. It's also showing 0/720, I'm assuming of workout time. Again, I'm ALMOST positive that I have been doing activities with blue flags.

After you hit a main category with a blue flag, only certain exercises under it are also blue flagged. For instance Easy wall smash was not marked blue but medium and hard were. A better explanation would be nice. Also am I expected to complete all the blue flagged exercises in one day (if so, it didn't understand the meaning of me choosing couch potato) or complete them over the course of a week?

You do not have to complete all the blue flagged routines. You can pick and choose among them. If you like one or two better than others you can do them multiple times. To complete your objective you only need to do enough of the blue flagged routines to equal the total number of minutes set for your objective. It also doesn't matter if you use the schedule they the game sets up (X number of minutes for X number of days for X number of weeks). Since I workout daily and for longer than the objective suggested I finished mine in less than a week. I don't, however, know what will happen if you take longer than 4 weeks to complete an objective.
