in the game ASSASSINS CREED BROTHERHOOD is missing 1 database location 1 gate in roma eny resolutions for the problem or no

I think that's a glitch. Not 100% sure, but I recall other people having the same problem. It's just a database entry though, it won't affect your completion rate.
