    Hi,

    Just curious what routines people are doing on a fairly regular basis.

    My routines generally follow this pattern of late:

    Start off with Gym Games, 2 sessions of Block Smashing on Hard Level - 20 Calories.

    Next is 1 full session of Cardio Boxing Silver - 115 Calories

    1 Full session of Cardio Boxing Platinum - 135 Calories

    Moving over to the Personal Training, I would do the 3 Michelle Bridges exercise routines...getting on average about 270 calories out of them.

    Sometimes I would also do the Sleeve busting arms workout which would throw in another 50.

    I'd go back to the Cardio Boxing Gold Full class for around 120 calories.

    Finally, I'd cap it all off with the Zen classes, the full sessions, and just rotate amongst the 3 every day (my faves are stream and river)

    This would have me at or over 700 calories, for roughly 2 hours worth of effort.

    I was pretty good at doing all 3 cardio boxing classes in some way and the Zen programs, and every few weeks would change up the personal training so that I wasn't getting into any ruts. My goal though was usually to try for around 250 calories, so whatever programs there to make that happen. The Toned Body DLC was pretty good and kicked my butt for awhle, the Men's Health Fat Burning was also pretty good....but I'm finding the latest G Fit program to be especially good at kicking my butt. I'm doing it and the first Michelle Bridges over the past few weeks.

    But, I've cut back on my cardio boxing just due to time constraints and the fact that I've got a rowing machine that I'm starting to use as well. I wish there was a way to plug it in and have the calories count along with my YSFE ones for score....but in the end, I don't care that much.

    My fitness has improved, I've probably shed about 10-15 pounds of fat, and gained more muscle mass, so just "scale" wise, I've flatlined a bit, but I am losing inches and firming up elsewhere, so probably more like a 25 pound body transformation.

    Wow! I am not at all that intense! Good for you! I just do half an hour . . right now it is the Gunner Peterson workout. Before it was the Cardio advanced. In addition to that I walk the dog for 45 mins in the morning and am starting to add interval running training to the dog walk.
